OUR PURPOSE IS TO ENCOURAGE CHILDREN TO KNOW, LOVE AND TRUST GOD AND TEACH CHILDREN TO MAGNIFY HIS NAME IN ALL OF LIFE.
IN THIS SEASON, WE ARE SEEKING TO ENCOURAGE SPIRITUAL GROWTH IN KIDS AND FAMILIES THROUGH THE FOLLOWING RESOURCES.
Weekly Family Devotions- Each week we send home a study for you and your family to do together to study God’s word and grow in His likeness together.
Be sure to check out our kids and family resources located in both the early childhood center and elementary area for recommended books, Bible studies and more!
Right Now Media- Check out Right Now Media for all kinds of video resources to learn about God with your kids. Click here.
Every child’s safety is our primary concern. We strive to make sure your child is taken care of both physically, emotionally and spiritually. A parent or approved adult must drop off and pick up their child using a security sticker which matches the child’s code on their nametag. For your child’s safety, only approved staff are allowed in classrooms or behind check in counters.
We are staffed by both paid and volunteer workers. Paid staff are CPR and First Aid certified. All staff have been carefully screened with a background check on file. We do require that two adults be in each classroom. Only women change diapers and take children to the restroom. Elementary bathrooms are for children only and are monitored at all times by approved volunteers.
– Children in all Birth-PreK classes require a parent to remain on the church campus whenever your child is in our care. In case of emergency or special need for any child (Birth-5th Grade), a parent will receive a text from our staff.
We are all made in the image of God and each person is uniquely created by God to glorify Him. It is our goal to nurture and train all children who come to West Side. Generally, our volunteer staff are not professionally trained to teach or care for children with special needs. However, we want to be able to assist your family. Please contact us prior to registration so that we can partner with you in preparing a strategy that best suits your child. Please contact our children’s director, Terri Godoy, for more information.
