Job Description:
The Worship Pastor will be responsible to personally lead the congregational worship of West Side Church and to create a culture of discipleship and hospitality within the Sunday Morning Ministry teams (worship, coffee, ushers, and greeters). The Worship Pastor also supports the media and tech needs of the church and staff, through supervision of the Media Coordinator.

Job Description:
West Side Church is looking for a Youth Director who will work under the Family Pastor to teach and disciple our youth. The Youth Director will have oversight over all youth programs, as well as be responsible for discipling the youth and working with our adult leaders who serve within the youth programs. The Youth Director will be part of the Family Team, working alongside the Family Pastor and Children's Director to provide a unified approach for discipling families at West Side Church.
